_Imphal, March 8, 2026_: The United People’s Front (UPF) and the Kuki National Organisation (KNO) have issued a strong condemnation of the bomb explosion that occurred at Tronglaubi, Bishenpur district, on 7 April 2026, in which two children were killed and their mother suffered serious injuries.
In an official statement (Ref: PR/UPFKNO/26/002), the organisations urged the media to refrain from reacting to such incidents and to avoid naming any particular community as responsible without verified circumstances.
The UPF and KNO also expressed their sincere condolences to the bereaved family members affected by the tragedy.
