Itanagar, April 13: The Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh Pema Khandu lauded the athletes of Arunachal Pradesh for their outstanding performance at the recently concluded National Tribal Games, highlighting their dedication and competitive spirit.
Taking to social media, the Chief Minister congratulated the participants for bringing pride to the state through their remarkable achievements across multiple sporting disciplines. He noted that the athletes’ success reflects the growing sporting culture and potential among tribal youth.
Khandu also reaffirmed the state government’s commitment to promoting sports by enhancing infrastructure, providing better training facilities, and supporting young talent from grassroots levels. He emphasized that such initiatives would help Arunachal athletes compete at national and international platforms.
The Tribal Games, which celebrate indigenous talent and cultural unity, witnessed participation from several states, with Arunachal Pradesh emerging as one of the standout performers.
