Guwahati: The National People’s Youth Front (NPYF), the youth wing of the National People’s Party (NPP), has appointed Rock Lungleng, National Youth General Secretary (Organisation), as the In-Charge of Manipur State.
The appointment, announced through an official order issued by Nickey Nongkhlaw, National President of NPYF, on October 11, 2025, acknowledges Lungleng’s “commitment, leadership, and service” to the party.
As per the order, Rock Lungleng will also have independent charge of all hill districts in Manipur, overseeing youth activities, coordination, and organisational strengthening across the region until further notice.
Expressing faith in the new appointee, the NPYF leadership stated that Lungleng is expected to carry out his responsibilities “with utmost sincerity, integrity, and dedication,” contributing to the growth and unity of the party’s youth wing in Manipur.
