Senapati, April 9:
The Senapati district frontal organisations have announced that a grand reception programme for the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Manipur will be held on April 10, 2026, at the District Headquarters Multipurpose Hall.
The announcement was jointly made by the Naga People’s Organisation (NPO), Senapati District Students’ Association (SDSA), and Senapati District Women’s Association (SDWA). The organisations stated that the event aims to extend a warm and befitting welcome to the Chief Minister during the visit.
In connection with the programme, the district’s civil society organisations (CSOs) have issued an earnest appeal to all citizens, including community leaders, youth groups, and women’s organisations, to extend full cooperation and actively participate in the event.
The apex bodies expressed hope that the collective participation of the public will showcase the unity, solidarity, and rich hospitality of the people of Senapati district. They further emphasized that such participation would contribute significantly to the success of the Chief Minister’s visit.
The appeal was jointly issued by Kuba Peter, President of NPO; A. Saloni Tony, President of SDSA; and R.N. Hanah, President of SDWA.
