The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued warnings of severe weather in multiple regions today. Dense fog is expected in Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Odisha, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, and West Uttar Pradesh.
Additionally, thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds are predicted in West Uttar Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Muzaffarabad until tomorrow. Isolated thunderstorms with lightning may also occur in East Rajasthan, East Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Maharashtra, and Uttarakhand.
The IMD further indicated that scattered rainfall or snowfall is likely over the Western Himalayan region through tomorrow.
