Tragic Bus Crash in Southern Turkey Leaves 9 Dead, 26 Injured

A devastating bus accident in Turkey’s southern Antalya province has claimed the lives of nine people and left 26 others injured. The incident occurred yesterday when a bus carrying 34 passengers veered off the road while traveling toward a popular coastal tourist destination.

According to the provincial governor, the crash took place under challenging conditions, with dense fog reportedly reducing visibility. A survivor of the accident cited both fog and excessive speed as potential contributing factors.

Among the injured, seven are in critical condition, with some sustaining severe injuries that may necessitate amputations. Tragically, the bus driver was among those who lost their lives.
